For the best service and so that you can avoid long lines at the regular filing time, we recommend pre-filing your application online or in our office.

Here's when you can file:

  • January 1st through March 1st - Regular Filing time (For the current tax year)
  • March 2nd through December 31st - Pre-filing (For the upcoming tax year)

File for Homestead Now!

Any submittals for parcel splits, combinations or plat recordings will be on hold and will not be processed by our office until the 2024 taxes have been paid.

You’re welcome to inform us once the 2024 tax bill payment has been made via email to mapping@scpafl.org. The Tax Collector accepts payments in person, by mail, or online at https://www.seminolecounty.tax/


TRIMS will be mailed mid-August.

The deadline to file a petition is September 16, 2024.
